This happens twice a year where all our human volunteers get together to have a thank you meal and learn something about us seniors. We’ve held it at Grill 54 at The Den and this Fall Terra the owner donated the room and the meal. Is she sweet or what, and the food was yummy! We had a great speaker, Ellie Hanson, on Laboratory Beagle Rescue. Her Marty was a rescue from a laboratory, but our Wesley isn’t, even though he only has one eye! He got to attend with Marty and loved every minute of her talk just like the volunteers. She knows so much and is helping so many of us Beagles.
